These Terms govern the legal agreement between GlowHub and any individual or business using our services. By using the platform, you agree to these Terms in full.
1. Service Definition
GlowHub is a SaaS platform for managing beauty salons and wellness centers, including bookings, CRM, invoicing, products, reports, and marketing.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have legal authority to enter this agreement on behalf of yourself or your company.
3. Account & Security
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
- Any unauthorized use must be reported immediately.
- We recommend enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).
4. Subscriptions & Payment
- Paid plans auto-renew until canceled.
- Free trial is provided for a limited period with no commitment.
- Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
5. Intellectual Property
GlowHub retains all rights to its software, logos, and designs. You retain all rights to your data and salon content.
6. Limitation of Liability
GlowHub provides the service "as is" without express warranties. We are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits. Maximum liability in any case equals the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days' notice. We retain your data for 30 days post-termination during which you can export it.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, with disputes resolved by Cairo courts.
9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms with 14 days' notice before changes take effect.
