Refund Policy

This policy applies to GlowHub subscription only, not to end-customer refunds at salons.
1. Free Trial
No charges during trial, so no refund applies.
2. Monthly Plans
- No refund after a cycle starts.
- You can cancel immediately and keep service until cycle end.
3. Yearly Plans
- A prorated refund may be requested within 14 days of payment.
- After 14 days, no refund.
4. Add-on Services
- Custom setup, premium support, training — non-refundable once delivered.
5. Mandatory Refund Cases
- Billing error confirmed by us.
- Confirmed duplicate charge.
- Service downtime exceeding SLA commitments without alternative compensation.
6. How to Request
Email billing@glowhub.app with invoice number and reason. We review within 5 business days.
