Every salon or center on GlowHub has a public page managed by the owner.
1. GlowHub's Role
- We provide the technology only: booking, payment, appointment management, communication.
- We do not provide the actual services (haircuts, treatments, etc.).
2. Salon's Responsibility
Each salon is fully responsible for:
- Content published on its page.
- Pricing and quality of services.
- Its own booking, cancellation, and refund policies.
- Communication with end-customers.
- Local tax and legal obligations.
3. End-Customer Relationship
When you book a service from a salon via GlowHub:
- The contract is between you and the salon directly, not with GlowHub.
- Quality or refund complaints are resolved with the salon first.
- GlowHub may intervene as mediator only in technical disputes.
4. Violating Content
If we discover violating content on a salon's page:
- We ask the salon to correct it within 48 hours.
- We remove content immediately in severe cases.
- We suspend the account on repeated violations.
5. Reporting
If you notice violating content on any salon page, report to: report@glowhub.app
