Data Retention & Deletion Policy

1. Retention Periods

2. After Cancellation
- Data remains accessible for 30 days during which you can export or reactivate.
- After 30 days, operational data is permanently deleted.
- Invoice records are retained per legal requirements.
3. Deletion Request
Email privacy@glowhub.app from the registered address. We execute within 30 days maximum.
4. Data Export
Available anytime from the dashboard in standard formats (JSON / CSV / PDF for invoices).
5. Backups
Encrypted backups are kept for 30 days.
6. Exceptions
We retain data longer if:
- Required by law or court order.
- Related to active or potential disputes.
- For fraud prevention or protecting our rights.
