Third-Party Integrations Policy

GlowHub relies on several third-party providers to deliver the service.
1. Current Integrations
- Hosting: Hetzner / AWS / DigitalOcean
- Payment: Stripe / Paymob / Vodafone Cash / InstaPay
- Email: Postmark / Resend
- WhatsApp: WhatsApp Business API
- Analytics: Google Analytics / Meta Pixel / TikTok Pixel (controlled by the salon owner)
- Storage: AWS S3 / Hetzner Object Storage
2. Responsibility
- GlowHub: select trusted providers, apply privacy and security controls, disclose any changes 30 days in advance.
- Customer: properly configure their external accounts, agree to each provider's terms.
3. Salon-Added Integrations
When a salon enables its own tracking tools:
- The tool appears only on that salon's pages.
- It does not appear on other salons' pages.
- The salon is responsible for disclosing it in its own privacy policy.
4. Third-Party Outages
GlowHub is not responsible for third-party service outages. We work to restore service as quickly as possible.
5. Changing Providers
We reserve the right to change any provider with 30 days' notice.
6. Third-Party Privacy
Each provider follows its own privacy policy.
