Subscription & Billing Policy

1. Plans
We offer monthly and yearly plans. Each plan has specific features and limits.
2. Free Trial
- 7 days, no commitment.
- No card required on most plans.
- Ends automatically with no charges if you don't subscribe.
3. Auto-Renewal
- All paid plans auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle.
- You can disable auto-renewal anytime from account settings.
4. Invoices & Payment
- Invoices are issued electronically before each new cycle.
- We accept: credit cards, bank transfer, Vodafone Cash, InstaPay.
- Late payment may suspend the account after 7 days' notice.
5. Upgrades & Downgrades
- Upgrades: apply immediately with prorated difference.
- Downgrades: apply at the next billing cycle.
6. Cancellation
- Cancel anytime from the dashboard.
- Account remains active until the end of the paid cycle.
- No partial refund for the remaining period.
7. Taxes
Listed prices exclude VAT unless otherwise stated.
