By using GlowHub, you agree not to do any of the following.
1. Prohibited Activities
- Using the platform for any unlawful activity.
- Sending spam to customers or employees.
- Attempting to hack or bypass security controls.
- Automated data scraping without authorization.
- Selling or reselling the service without a partner agreement.
- Posting offensive or misleading content.
2. WhatsApp & Marketing Messages
- Explicit opt-in is required before sending marketing messages.
- Every message must include an opt-out option.
- WhatsApp Business policy on approved templates must be followed.
3. Tracking & Advertising Tools
- Pixel usage must be disclosed in the salon's privacy policy.
- User consent must be respected.
- Inserting unapproved JavaScript is prohibited.
4. Data Protection
- Misusing end-customer data is prohibited.
- Sharing customer databases with third parties without consent is prohibited.
5. Penalties
In case of violation, GlowHub may:
- Warn the violator.
- Temporarily suspend the account.
- Immediately terminate service in severe cases.
- Report to authorities in criminal cases.
