What we shipped in Q1

Legal CMS covering all GlowHub policy pages.
UTM tracking on appointments.
Data export + 30-day grace account deletion.
Meta/TikTok/Snap/GA4/GTM/Google Ads pixels — managed by super-admin for now.

Q2 priorities (May–July)

1. Self-serve tracking per salon

A tenant-side mirror endpoint so the salon owner manages their own pixels without a support ticket.

2. UTM reports inside the dashboard

Source/campaign charts, CSV export, date filters.

3. Salon business policies (booking / cancellation / refund / no-show)

Markdown editor per policy, surfaced at booking time.

4. Unified notifications hub

Webhooks, billing alerts, activity alerts.

5. Before/after media bank

Secure upload, embedded in the client profile, permission-aware.

What we won't build this quarter

White-label custom domains.
Tenant-issued API tokens.
WhatsApp Business self-onboarding.
